As a homeowner having water get into your house is terrifying. The damage, cost to repair, and ability to get it fixed quickly all add up to an extremely stressful situation. When we had water coming in through our furnace chimney I knew the call I had to make was to Chimney Chap. They had done work on our fireplace chimney previously and I had confidence they could handle this job. I set up a service and the team of Scott and Devin showed up as scheduled. Friendly, courteous and professional. There were no surprises, service was excellent, and they held to the estimate which was more than reasonable. I would recommend Chimney Chap without any reservation if you need any chimney service done. We’ve used them twice and couldn’t be more satisfied with the result. Hopefully we won’t need service again, but if we do they will be the call we make.

Just had both our propane fireplaces serviced and repaired by John who found several potentially unsafe situations and resolved them in a most efficient and thorough way. He took the time to explain everything to me so I understood it and went above and beyond in every way. Very happy and absolutely recommend!

I recently purchased a gas fireplace from The Chimney Chap and I would highly recommend them! I have enjoyed working with Casey and Paul in Sales , Alyson in Customer service and John in service. They all are very professional with their product knowledge and positive can do attitude!

I had my Pellet Stove cleaned and chimney cleaned on 9/9/24.
Cameron and Jake arrived on time and began working on the stove right away. My husband and I were amazed at how they took our stove apart to clean and vacuum it out, they were very thorough. My husband shared that when the stove shuts down we get a loud vibration noise from the Back plate on the stove. Cameron added three screws which corrected the problem. WE purchased the Stove from Chimney Chap & South Shore Fireplace back in 11/2020. My husband and I were extremely happy with the cleaning service.

We had to have our chimney repointed, flashed and sealed as well as install some caps. Dan and Devin did a great job, kept me informed with pictures and explanations along the way. They were fast, efficient and did a good job cleaning up after the job.

Shout out to John with The Chimney Chap! John serviced our gas fireplace and was a true professional. I appreciate the time he took to go over the fireplace and his attention to detail. Following the service, John explained what he did, what he found and he gave us recommendations going forward. He also took the time to answer our questions too Thank you John! Andrew & Cam, Andrew repaired and prepped. our chimney for the installation of our pellet insert. Cam did the installation of insert. Both of them did an outstanding job. We could not be happier with the overall job they did!

I was very pleased and impressed by James Seery work quality who took great care of the chimney and our woodstove, a few weeks ago. He was very meticulous and left a spotless area. It is rare nowadays to see this type of high-quality service.
