The Chimney Chap & South Shore Fireplace is a breathe of fresh air in a climate of service businesses not really wanting to build long-term clients.. Rania is a hands-on owner that listens well and wants to help. She has a team of professionals like Casey (Inside Sales) and John (Master Technician) that team up for the best experience possible. Would recommend them highly and appreciate them fitting me in and fixing my fireplace problem. Clean glass and running great!

The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough — taking the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done. Sean came out and performed a level 2 inspection for our new home. He was quite thorough and professional, and took the time to explain his findings as well as inspect our oil heating liner on top of the wood stove and chimney he was hired to inspect. I highly recommend this company for cleanings, inspection and the peace of mind that comes along with it.

Great customer service. I recently broke my fireplace glass door, and after calling numerous companies who couldn't help me. I was referred to The Chimney Chap. I can't say enough great things about this company. My glass door was ordered and fixed within 3 weeks. Their customer service was so helpful.
